The fat lady sings
After following you for more than a month I have come to the conclusion that this service is no longer for me and as a last comment I wanted to ask for a comment on a couple of things.
1. To my knowledge two off the rules to this service is stop at 1 point or more profit and no more than a 3 points daily loss. The odd thing is that you back horses at odds lower than even which makes the user betting again after a win. This is a weird SAP method, you "force" the user into a dis-advantage. If the less than even is the 1st selection of the day and wins you still have at least one more bet to put in which makes you favoured to loose for the day. If the first bet is a loss and the 2nd is a less than even and the horse win you still have about, on average, a 70 percent chance loosing that day. This adds up to that even with many off your winners your favoured to loose. 2. You state on your frontpage that you average a 1.67 points a day which puts at least 150 points off target. 3. With knowledge off laying horses you would see that many off your selections are good qualifiers for laying, which indicates that you have a weak selection method. 4. You have loosing streaks that are mathematically unlikely or off. 5. As a punter I don't care if a 22 odds almost won or the 4th selection won. I want results. And if you are good at getting results you should get paid doing that. Giving a service away for free, for this long, raises suspicion. There are more things to. When you put the whole picture togehter you'll see that it doesn't add up, there is gaps, to many questions, you give away a free service but lying about the avg daily profit or yield. Why? It's free it aint to hard to check. Have you thought off pulling this off the market and re-think this method, maybe look over the whole thing? I tried your last service service, the lay service, this to had some fundamental flaws. I might be wrong in my analysis so please, comment this. Anyway, good luck with your service and I hope I am wrong and you end up winning tons off money. |

RE: The fat lady sings
Thanks for your comments Lidsville.
You are incorrect in that we stop at a profit regardless of whether it is greater than 1pt or not. Fair enough the 1.67pt daily average is dated after our recent run of poor form. I will address this. When we decided to give the service free of charge for so long, we were hopeful that we would continue with the good results we had experienced. After 6 months of continuous profit we would convert a lot of the free subscribers to paying ones. This is the reason we are running the service free for so long. You can not get a feel for a system / service with a short spell of time such as a month. Obviously it is not going to plan but at least we haven't charged £X per month whilst the poor results were occurring. We take on board your comments and appreciate the input. Daniel |

RE: The fat lady sings
@ Peter: Awesome that you won money. Thats what we're in it for.
@ Daniel you are correct. I can't get a feel for a system in a month, it takes thousands of bets. But I can analyze your picks and when I do I see that your system has fundamental flaws. The Cheltenham week, you stated yourself you shouldn't have betted on. This is indicate that 1. you consciously diverted from your system or 2. that you don't have a system. In Both these cases: cardinal mistakes. As I stated in a previous post many off your picks are quite good lay picks. When I analyzed your picks I saw things with going, distance, class etc. that indicated that this horse is not a winner and sure enough in most cases the horse didn't win. So, when I add up that either that you divert from your system or don't have a system together with the fact that many off your horses are lay horses. Plus, that you have had loosing streaks that are mathematically extremely unlikely. It makes me as convinced as I possible can be that this is not for me. Not only that but you still haven't changed the 1.67 points on the site. You haven't put up results for a month and not any random month but the month after Cheltenham. If you put all this together you would see that it just doesn't add up. I am not doing this to be an a-hole I want you to make money because if YOU do I do. And, i take my betting serious. I would really like to see the results from the past month and see what has happen to the total percent and bank. Could you upate the result .xls |
